Begining with this blog with the prupose of Bruce Lee's workout, with its fundaments in the researches of John Little shown in his book called "The Art of Expressing the Human Body", in the book of Bruce himself in partnership with M. Uyehara called "Bruce Lee's Fighting Method" and in internet researches made by myself, this last one with less enphasis. This blog is a "partnership" with a series of videos made my myself launched on YouTube with similar name.
